Jan Jaenicke’s new collection was presented in conversation with each dish from Bonded by Butter, creating a pairing that moved between material and plate, form and flavor. The evening unfolded as a study in softness and structure—where objects and food were placed in dialogue rather than display.
Each course echoed a piece from the collection, with texture, tone, and restraint carrying through both disciplines. Nothing felt overly explained; instead, the work revealed itself through proximity—how something is held, how it sits in space, how it’s experienced in passing.
